As a life-long dancer, practicing yogini since 1995, personal trainer since 2005, lifestyle fitness coach since 2012, and now Functional Movement certi behavior change coach, Silvia Pina
draws on many skills to empower the individual. Silvia’s
background and training have fostered a keen sense of awareness, grace and
integration of body, mind and spirit that she shares with others through her personal strength training, yoga instruction, dance, and empowerment coaching. All sessions are based both on the
physical and the emotional parts of each individual.
