This yoga workshop is designed for athletes looking to begin or refine their yoga practice. Participants will learn the basic principles and philosophy of yoga distinguishing it from other forms of exercise, meditation, and stretching. Focusing on the sun salutations, specifically the warrior poses, breathing, and heart awareness, students will be challenged physically, inspired emotionally, and will be given the tools to embark on their journey of self discovery and empowerment.
